James, Thanks for the reminder regarding other Killian Reunions. The Killian Reunion in Fredericktown had a problem with the normal date of "First weekend in September" and was changed this year to the "Second weekend" which, of course conflicts with NC. Anyone not attending the NC Reunion and interested in one in this area could make a note of the following information: This is called the KILLIAN, HALE, HUFFMAN REUNION and will be held in the Fredericktown City Park Pavillion at noon on Saturday, Sept. 9th. The person to contact for further information is Carla Smallen, 1035 Madison 9528, Fredericktown, MO 63645....phone # 573-783-7353. Her computer is presently down but after next week her e-mail address is [email protected] Most of those attending are decendants of Gabriel Alexander Killian who came to Missouri in 1886 from Hickory NC, son of Elijah, son of Joseph, of Samuel, of Andreas. They were not aware of the larger reunion but are going to discuss changing their date at this meeting.
